Director Of SEO Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive SEO research for new clients.
• Develop baseline strategies for new campaigns.
• Analyze existing client websites for improvements.
• Design and define the structure of client websites.
• Create content outlines and guidelines for writers.
• Oversee the integration of SEO elements into development.
• Perform quality checks on Google Business Profiles.
• Review and approve website content before publication.
• Lead strategies to resolve complex SEO issues.
• Act as the primary problem-solver for SEO campaigns.
• Set clear goals, provide guidance, and lead the SEO team.
• Hire, train, and manage team members, including reviews.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
• Develop KPIs to track team performance and progress.
• Regularly review SOPs and KPIs based on industry changes.
• Train the team on new SEO packages and offerings.
• Monitor the adoption and performance of new packages.
• Provide feedback on ClickUp implementation.
• Refine ClickUp processes with the operations team.
• Monitor SEO campaign performance and make adjustments.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance.
• Communicate SEO results and strategies to clients.

Requirements:

• Google Analytics Certification.
• Google Search Console Training.
• SEO Specialization Certification.
• Advanced SEO Knowledge.
• Expertise in technical SEO, mobile optimization, etc.
• Strong leadership skills and team management.
• Experience in managing SEO teams.
• Proven success in local SEO campaigns.
• Experience in the Plumbing or Home Services Niche.
• History of attending SEO conferences or workshops.
