Requirements:

• 8+ years in business development or media agency roles.
• Knowledge of audience data and media buying processes.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in proposal development and strategy.
• Analytical mindset for actionable data insights.
• Effective sales pipeline management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• BA in Communications, Marketing, or Media preferred.
