Total Rewards Specialist – REMOTE Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support for HR functions.
• May oversee and/or participate in meetings with vendors.
• Works on projects of limited complexity.
• Collaborates with HR team to optimize workflows.
• Adheres to all applicable compliance regulations.
• Ensures adherence to all NSPC policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance among all NSPC colleagues and staff.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of benefit and payroll experience.
• 1-3 years remote work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• 1-3 years HRIS experience, Paylocity preferred.
• Vendor benefit system experience, 401k preferred.
• Report-writing, basic level.
• Excel, intermediate.
• Teams experience, preferred.
• Self-motivated and autonomous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Respect for compliance and confidentiality.
• Creativity and curiosity with solutions-based mentality.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to assess data and make recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of HR labor laws and regulations.

Benefits:

• Salary: $55k – $65k annually.
