Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Recruiting and Staffing team.
- Execute established processes and procedures.
- Work closely with Recruiting and Staffing Specialists.
- Ensure all project new hires complete onboarding.
- Liaise with Universities and College Career Advisors.
- Assist recruiters with availability checks.
- Perform administrative tasks for document reviewers.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and executed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Deadline-driven, results-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to balance teamwork and independent work.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
