Responsibilities:
- Oversee talent acquisition and career development.
- Plan and execute succession planning strategies.

- Provide overall leadership and guidance to HR.
- Lead country HR team for quality support.
- Act as an HR advisor to senior management.

- Negotiate compensation and benefit packages.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years’ HR experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Ideally based in Dubai.
- Knowledge in Web3/Blockchain/DeFi.
