The Senior SAP QM & S/4 HANA Lead Consultant at Sabenza IT & Recruitment drives a key migration project for a pharmaceutical giant. Sabenza, a tech-focused firm, offers this remote role to leverage SAP expertise for global system transformations in a regulated industry.
Responsibilities
- Expert SAP S/4HANA and ECC6 Modular experience inclusive of relevant module integration.
- With S/4HANA being the destination platform, full competence in the use of Fiori apps/tiles and the use of Embedded Analytics (CDS Views) is expected.
- Knowledge of the differences in module functionality between ECC and S/4HANA – important are the new/improved features/functionality S/4HANA for the module.
- Experience in cutover activities (data collation, reconciliation, upload, and final reconciliation).
- Support end users post Go-Live and able to use SAP standard reporting to assist users in performing day to day tasks.
- Able to fault find/debug/trace functional errors/gaps.
- Able to report /analyse from SAP (direct or via download on to Excel) on any and all aspects of Module related data for reconciliation purposes (transactional and master data).
- Proficient in use of Microsoft products – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.
- Experienced consultant that has implemented multiple full cycles of projects in SAP (As-Is analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy , Support).
- A critical thinker who is able to challenge existing design and design for the future aligned with SAP capabilities.
- Self-managed and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to facilitate business requirements workshops with the endstate able to translate.
- Note the project is about migrating 2 ECC platforms into a live S/4HANA platform – key to be able to facilitate discussions amongst 3 parties and identifying where changes are applicable requirements into SAP functionality.
- Critical to be able to design, build and test in an already productive SAP system.
- Operate in a Business and SAP environment where standardisation and working to SAP standard is the desire.
- Able to advise on good practice.
- Able to manage own time, develop/update own workplans and trackers, own feedback to project management team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders – peer functional consultants, endusers, project management and support teams.
- Operate in both Project Delivery and Support roles post Go-Live.
- Experience in the Pharma industry.
- Exposure to GxP environments.
- Exposure to Computer Systems Validation (CSV) protocols.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience.
- Expert SAP S/4HANA and ECC6 Modular experience inclusive of relevant module integration.
- Full competence in the use of Fiori apps/tiles and the use of Embedded Analytics (CDS Views).
- Knowledge of the differences in module functionality between ECC and S/4HANA.
