Summary:
The Payments Specialist role at ICON plc supports the world’s largest clinical research organization, focused on accelerating drug development and improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate sound judgment in daily decision making.
- Process and review vendor payments.
- Train new starters with sufficient working knowledge of the system.
- Utilize technical skills effectively.
- Contribute to the CD&F process.
- Excel in priority management.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to use all MS Office suite or applications including Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
- Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent preferred.
- 1 plus year of CRO or Pharma experience with clinical or vendor payments.
- Experience with either clinical site or investigator payments.
- Grants Manager or Grants Plan experience a plus.
