Responsibilities
- This position will consist of 80% in the code & 20% mentoring & managing a team
- Document, architect, and implement new React components and backend services
- Support and develop software engineers by providing advice and coaching
- Help grow engineering teams by interviewing, recruiting, and hiring
- Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks
- Build and test new designs for compliance with standards
- Test new applications and services in various environments
- Gauge platform performance and optimize system behavior
- Work with Principal and Distinguished Engineers to build scalable solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with C# / .NET
- 5+ years of experience with front-end web development
- 3+ years of experience with React.js
- 2+ years of experience with AWS
- 2+ years of experience with Typescript
- 1+ year of experience in a leadership/mentor role
- Advanced English level required
