Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to define analytics projects.
- Leverage SQL to gather, transform, and explore data.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques for trusted results.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions.
- Potentially lead projects, mentor colleagues, and share knowledge.
Requirements:
- Completion of at least 2 Society of Actuaries exams.
- 2+ years of data analysis experience with actuarial foundation.
- Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis or programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and insurance products.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to inclusion.
- Ability to work remotely with high-speed internet.
Benefits:
- Salary: $75,000 – $150,000, based on experience.
- 401(k) plan with 2% company contribution and 6% match.
