Responsibilities:
- Design and implement protocols for safety operations, including moderation, appeals, and user requests.
- Lead and mentor a team of safety operations specialists.
- Manage customer safety-related requests and incidents.
- Support the development of automated safety systems and machine learning tools.
- Translate prohibited use policies into operational guidelines.
- Implement automation to improve efficiency in safety operations.
- Stay updated on trust, safety, and AI advancements to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in safety operations, content moderation, customer support, or product management.
- Strong operational process design and implementation experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query).
- Experience managing operational teams.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with operational rigor.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain composure when handling sensitive content.
