Summary:
DXC Technology is looking for an Annuities Customer Support representative to provide exceptional customer service for new business applications. This fully remote position requires handling annuity and insurance transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and supporting agents and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Follow procedures to process new business application transactions.
- Correspond with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments regarding pending cases.
- Handle new business applications accurately and within required timeframes.
- Provide exceptional customer service experience.
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure accurate transaction processing in administrative systems.
- Report potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance and annuities fields.
- Working knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Annuities experience is highly preferred.
- MS Excel experience is preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
