988 Mental Health Clinician Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Crisis Specialists and staff working 988 Lifeline.
• Support in assessing risk of harm and suicidality.
• Ensure appropriate referrals to mental health services.
• Provide immediate feedback to staff and support.
• Ensure adherence to 988 Lifeline policies and procedures.
• Assist with identifying clients with case plans on file.
• Document calls accurately using electronic health record.
• Perform Quality Assurance for National Suicide Safety forms.
• Ensure delivery of services follows best practices.
• Contribute to a professional and respectful team environment.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology/counseling or related field.
• Licensed Mental Health Professional in WA state.
• Experience working with individuals in crisis.
• Preferred experience in telephone assessment or helplines.
• Strong verbal, written, and typing skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
