Digital Media QA Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Support QA for FinanceBuzz and All About Cookies.
• Maintain process for setting up and testing tracking URLs.
• Reconcile reporting between internal and client platforms.
• Investigate offer discrepancies and find resolutions.
• Review platform documentation for areas of improvement.
• Work with the Operations team to meet QA standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders on process improvements.
• Analyze performance reports for company efficiency.
• Monitor revenue, conversions, impressions, clicks.
• Monitor offer goals to ensure proper firing.
• Implement QA with new processes and tools.
• Become a subject matter expert in QA processes.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in operations or quality assurance.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand Postback URL tracking and performance methods.
• Experience with Tune, Yieldspark, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Asana or project management tools.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Ability to analyze performance reports.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.
