Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and neat appearance.
• Undergo job specific and company safety training.
• Maintain confidentiality of company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and Temperature logs.
• Stock food serving areas based on attendance.
• Prepare and cook food per standardized recipes.
• Operate food services equipment safely.
• Maintain food rotation to minimize spoilage.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Communicate with supervisor to resolve issues.
• Serve meals and gather customer feedback.
• Assist in meal service with proper techniques.
• Train and direct food service staff.
• Supervise staff to uphold sanitary standards.
• Ensure mobility to perform tasks efficiently.
• Represent the company positively in interactions.
• Report equipment issues for maintenance.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Load/unload trucks for supplies and food.
• Perform duties safely and report incidents.
• Other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel/banquet cooking.
• Advanced Food Safety Certification.
• Pass Drug & Alcohol Test.
• Pass Criminal Background Check.
• Degree or relevant work experience.
• Red Seal Certification (preferred).
• Proficient in cooking methods and equipment.
• Accurate and fast task execution.
• Familiar with industry best practices.
• Independent and team working skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Physically able to fulfill job duties.
