Responsibilities:
- Advise on strategic and financing transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements.
- Advise on regulatory compliance matters.
- Represent the Company in regulatory proceedings.
- Provide guidance on legal best practices.
- Source, manage, and direct outside counsel.
Requirements:
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- 7-10+ years of corporate law experience.
- Admission to any state bar in good standing.
- Life Science industry experience.
- Experience with strategic and financing transactions.
