Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process of our platform
- Conduct thorough needs assessment for customer alignment
- Develop and execute effective implementation strategies
- Manage secure and accurate data migration from legacy systems
- Collaborate with sales, support, development, and customer success
- Provide training and support on the use and maintenance of software
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback
- Document best practices, processes, and lessons learned
- Work with product management to enhance solutions based on feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare Management or related field
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Healthcare IT SaaS Customer Service, Support, or Implementation
- Experience with software installation, configuration, and integration
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
- Fluency in MS office software tools and applications
- Healthcare revenue cycle expertise and familiarity with EMR/EHR is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
