Summary:
The Hartford is hiring Inbound Call Center Sales Agents for Personal Insurance. The role offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing insurance solutions, evaluating risk, and overcoming objections. Training and certification programs are offered for those without a Personal Lines License.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Achieve sales goals and participate in performance metrics.
- Handle up to 20-25 inbound calls per day.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales.
- Comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections.
- Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships.
- High-speed broadband cable internet with specific upload/download speeds.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A distraction-free environment is required for this customer-facing role.
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are preferred.
