- PO (Purchase order) creation.
- PO change/cancellation.
- ETA Management and PO expediting.
- GR (Goods Receipt) posting once delivery is done.
- SO (Sales Order) creation.
- Procurement Helpdesk.
- Acting as point of contact for procurement topics.
Requirements:
- Experience in Procurement.
- Spanish C1, English B2.
- SAP knowledge mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Organized personality with attention to details.
- Flexibility & tolerance for ambiguity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis.
