Product Manager Full Time

Summary:

Alpen Labs, a New York-based startup founded by MIT alumni in 2022, is building a scalable, private, and programmable Bitcoin ecosystem using zero-knowledge cryptography and offchain solutions. They aim to foster financial sovereignty and invite passionate individuals to help develop innovative blockchain products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities.

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable product features.

• Lead collaboration among engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to drive product development and ensure cohesive execution.

• Support the management of the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability.

• Advocate for exceptional user experiences, guiding design and development teams to create intuitive and user-centric products.

• Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, implementing data-driven enhancements.

• Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management ideally within the fintech or blockchain industry.

• Strong experience in User Experience.

• Preferred to have a strong understanding of blockchain technology, financial products, and market dynamics.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
