Responsibilities:
- Manage & nurture an existing portfolio of key B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Be the go-to person for client inquiries—resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value.
- Build strong, trusted relationships by deeply understanding client needs and business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates via HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Leadership) to deliver top-tier service.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth start.
- Consistently aim to hit and exceed monthly revenue and retention targets.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience in B2B account management.
- A natural ability to build strong client relationships and communicate clearly.
- Proven track record of juggling multiple client accounts while achieving revenue goals.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for solving problems before they arise.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Bonus points if you have experience in waste management, construction, or logistics—but not essential.
