Responsibilities:

• Collaborates inside the company with team members.
• Collaborates outside the company with client reps.
• Responsible for making balance sheets preparation.
• Closings and reconciliations for the managed accounts.
• Analyzing and following-up accounting journals.
• Preparing VAT declarations.
• Handling accounts reconciliation for group companies.
• Make inventory adjustments postings and updates.
• Offering reports and info for internal and external controls.
• Preparing monthly performance reports.
• Presenting relevant info in a timely manner.
• Respecting the activity schedule with the customer.
• Country-specific knowledge of taxation & accounting rules.
• Ad-hoc reporting, based on manager’s request.

Requirements:

• High School Degree, Economic studies are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Polish, at least C1.
• Similar work experience or experience in this area.
• Work experience with Oracle.
• Analytical skills & Excel knowledge.
