Responsibilities:
- Support revenue and customer service efforts.
- Execute broadcast and digital order entry.
- Maintain orders throughout campaign flights.
- Send preempt reports to account managers.
- Communicate and confirm order changes.
- Check coding on high-profile events for accuracy.
- Send pre and post logs to clients as needed.
- Assist traffic with campaign instructions.
- Manage advertiser and agency codes.
- Resolve billing discrepancies with agencies.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in sales support or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.
- Knowledge of Wide Orbit systems preferred.
