The Scooptram Operator – Remote position at Dumas Mining offers a challenging role at the Lalor Mine in Snow Lake, Manitoba. Dumas Mining, one of Canada’s largest mining contractors since 1994, specializes in underground mining and shaft construction, serving clients across the Americas with innovative, safe, and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a scooptram in underground mining operations.
- Maintain an outstanding safety record.
- Meet performance expectations as a skilled underground Scooptram Operator.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating a scoop.
- Ontario Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining Scooptram Modules or equivalent is an asset but not required.
- Residency in Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, or British Columbia only.
Benefits:

- Travel allowance of $.54 per kilometer for those unable to reach a charter flight location.
