Responsibilities:

• Define key results for team to attract office patients.
• Optimize offline patient flows for bookings and notifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and analysts.
• Monitor and analyze feature performance against KPIs.
• Maintain and execute a backlog of initiatives.
• Develop product requirements with Agile/Shape Up methods.
• Coordinate with various teams and support operations.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to align goals.
• Oversee feature functionality before production.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in product management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful products.
• Ability to translate strategy into plans and results.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Agile or Shape-Up processes.
• Focus on user-centric product development.
• Clear communication and organizational skills.
