- Participate in code reviews, offering feedback.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related.
- Ability to mentor lead software engineers.
- 8+ years experience with complex software systems.
- 8+ years of experience in team management.
- 3+ years experience with Rust.
- 5+ years practicing agile methodologies.
- Proficient with Git, SDLC, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience in performance and security testing.
- Understanding of blockchain, consensus algorithms.
- Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Proven leadership in managing software teams.
- Strong SDLC knowledge, with Agile and DevOps focus.
