- 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven success exceeding customer success goals.
- Expertise in social media platforms and trends.
- 3+ years in social content strategy development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SaaS and enterprise software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence C-level executives effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
