Lucidya is looking for a Mid-Level UX Researcher to join their team and create data-driven user experiences. This role involves understanding user behaviors and pain points, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring products are intuitive and accessible. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute user research studies to uncover insights that drive product decisions.
- Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand user behaviors and pain points.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the design and product teams.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to incorporate research insights into the product development process.
- Leverage analytics tools, heatmaps, and session recordings to validate qualitative findings.
- Advocate for inclusive and accessible design solutions based on user research.
- Maintain and manage research repositories for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in UX research, usability testing, or human-centered design.
- Experience with user testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Hotjar), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap), and survey tools (Typeform, SurveyMonkey).
- Experience in setting and achieving KPIs.
- A portfolio showcasing your research work is required.
- Experience conducting research in B2B SaaS or enterprise software is a plus.
