Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales process.
• Sell and onboard new lead and media partners.
• Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
• Attain quota for lead generation, display, sponsorship.
• Identify new areas of growth through innovation.
• Collaborate with Sales Team, Product, and Ad Operations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of industries and solutions.
• Conduct performance evaluation discussions with partners.
• Perform data analysis to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Ensure SLAs and client experience remain paramount.
• Record all activities in CRM (Salesforce).

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience managing and expanding business.
• Experience in ad tech, digital advertising, and marketing.
• Display ad sales, digital marketing, programmatic experience.
• 1+ years delivering products to Financial Industry clients.
• CRM and sales management tools experience.
• Proven leadership skills with account ownership.
• Ability to upsell and grow business within mature accounts.
• Effective communication skills for presentations.
• High level of integrity in client commitments.
• Collaborative and solution-first mindset.
