Account Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs.
• Provide strategic guidance and actionable reviews.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact for the customer.
• Partner with internal resources to address needs.
• Articulate the value proposition of the products/services.
• Demonstrate how solutions address customer pain points.
• Drive adoption and maximize usage of products/services.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and learning.
• Own the renewal process for existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed quotas for retention and expansion.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Ability to organize and delegate tasks effectively.
• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong experience with Enterprise B2B Software.
• Experience in the design/fashion/apparel industries.
• Proven track record in managing retention and expansion.
• Experience with business reviews and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and strategic thinker.
• Strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
