Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
- Actively monitor systems and identify process gaps.
- Assist in the deployment of new services and products.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and teams.
- Manage support activities and perform routine maintenance.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
- Perform standby duties, including after-hours support.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in application support engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Solid Linux experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Oracle APEX and Bash scripting.
- Experience with PL/SQL for retrieving data from Oracle databases.
- Understanding of SDLC and system monitoring processes.
