Senior Solutions Architect, Telco, DACH Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers, providing technical expertise.
• Collaborate with sales to exceed revenue targets.
• Be the DRI on Technical Close Plans and evaluations.
• Build deep relationships with customer environments.
• Serve as the customer advocate to other GitLab teams.
• Maintain specialty competency in relevant technologies.
• Educate customers on GitLab’s value proposition.
• Continuously improve professional skills and mastery.
• Run Value Stream Assessments with Senior SA support.

Requirements:

• Experience with technical pre-sales or IT field.
• Experience with modern software development.
• Experience with cloud computing and related tech.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Ability to travel if needed and comply with policies.
• Proven experience in the telecom industry.
• Strong understanding of network management.
• Fluent in German and English.
