Responsibilities:
- Manage activities for 100% station uptime.
- Ensure compliance with Company Engineering practices.
- Interface with senior IT and engineering leadership.
- Install and support automation and Audio over IP systems.
- Manage automation security and user access.
- Provide remote break/fix support to radio stations.
- Instruct users on software platform features.
- Maintain personal computers and servers.
- Install and support LAN systems.
- Travel for installations and upgrades.
- Work after hours and weekends as needed.
- Perform other related duties.
Requirements:
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Windows OS and MSSQL.
- Experience with VMware and networking systems.
- Familiarity with RCS Zetta, NexGen, GSelector, etc.
- Knowledge of radio automation and operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred).
- Minimum three years in broadcast/radio automation.
