Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market Full Time

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market, to drive revenue, retention, and adoption across their customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts to consistently exceed quotas.
• Drive customer success by upselling and ensuring maximum product adoption.
• Lead customer-focused Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Strategically plan and execute account growth, including cross-selling and targeting strategies.
• Facilitate smooth transitions and effective onboarding by collaborating with Account Executives.
• Present the value proposition by positioning Engine’s expertise effectively.
• Foster collaboration with business operations, member support, marketing, and other teams to drive customer outcomes.
• Become a trusted subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of the platform and industry.
• Maintain strong performance by meeting daily KPIs and driving results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of account management experience in a B2B organization.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to changing demands.
• Positive attitude and energy.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales technologies.
• Strong consultative sales approach to improve retention and capture additional opportunities.
• Proven organizational skills and a record of retaining and expanding customer base.
• Ability to identify trends in customer account usage with tech stack.
• Strong business acumen to partner with customers and drive solutions.
