• Promote IFF product solutions aligned with briefs.
• Prepare proposal/price aligned with margin guidelines.
• Present and stage submissions to maximize advantage.
• Monitor project cost-to-serve adherence.
• Communicate project results and reviews.
• Manage volumes and timing expectations with operations.
• Defend and grow accounts and scout for new customers.
• Accurately forecast sales performance.
• Monitor and report sales performance updates.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in sales, service, product development, or marketing.
• Strong commercial track record and passion for success.
• B2B management experience and customer-centric skills.
• Analytical with pricing, margin, and forecasting knowledge.
• Interest in product development and market trends.
• Knowledge of fragrance, skincare, and biochemistry.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving.
• Effective project management and collaboration skills.
