Auto Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with insureds, claimants, witnesses.
• Communicate with internal personnel including legal.
• Take recorded statements.
• Make liability and coverage decisions.
• Issue payments.
• Maintain a pending and closing ratio of 100%.
• Establish and maintain reserves and payments.
• Present large loss report to manager.
• Review and interpret estimates.
• Manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Exhibit company values of teamwork and innovation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 5+ years auto claims experience.
• Equivalent education and experience accepted.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Multiple state adjuster licenses.
• Proactive and independent with consistent follow through.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent team player with interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong negotiation skills.
