Finance Manager Full Time

Summary:

Kolsquare, a leading Influencer Marketing software company in Europe, is seeking a Finance Manager to drive financial excellence, support strategic initiatives, and ensure operational efficiency. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners, while overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational finance, including timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings.
• Manage day-to-day treasury, anticipate cash needs, and optimize cash management.
• Produce and analyze financial reporting for the group and management.
• Lead the budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor budget execution and conduct regular reforecasting.
• Serve as a key point of contact for accountants, banks, tax authorities, and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements.
• Participate in the implementation of NetSuite ERP and drive process improvements.
• Identify optimization opportunities to enhance financial efficiency.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs, such as margins, cash flow, and profitability.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Lead process and organizational improvement projects and contribute to financial strategy.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control.
• 4-5 years of experience, including experience in audit firms, Transaction Services (TS), M&A, or corporate finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial closing processes.
• Solid experience in financial analysis, reporting, and KPI management.
• Experience in process automation and ERP implementation (NetSuite is a plus).
• Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach to financial issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing environment and collaborate with internal and external teams.
