Summary:

Pavago, a company facilitating client hiring, seeks an Organic Growth Marketer for a full-time, remote role in Pakistan. The position focuses on driving organic marketing success through Facebook group management and content creation to scale client businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage Facebook groups organically, demonstrating a successful track record in this area.
• Apply expertise in Facebook growth hacks, organic content strategies, and managing multiple accounts (20+).
• Serve as the go-to expert in copywriting, creating effective and impactful content.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow and optimize Facebook groups, increasing leads, improving engagement, and expanding into new industries.
• Establish and grow social media accounts from the ground up, turning them into vibrant, top-performing channels with a strong following.
• Craft and approve content for clients’ Facebook Groups and social media accounts, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision and mission.
• Lead client-facing efforts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
• Regularly meet with clients to review progress, discuss future strategies, and align on the vision.
• Take charge of the team’s KPIs, ensuring goals are met consistently.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Oversee the hiring of new team members within the division.
• Review progress on key initiatives, address immediate challenges, and set daily priorities.
• Motivate the team and ensure alignment with daily objectives.
• Review client accounts and communicate with key clients, providing updates on their Facebook group’s performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and prepare reports for the executive team.
• Spend at least 2-3 hours daily reviewing content published on Facebook Groups to ensure alignment with the client’s business and engagement goals.

Requirements:

• Background in managing organic marketing through community engagement in Facebook Groups, specifically for similar businesses.
• Experience working with international businesses, with a proven ability to elevate the business using organic marketing strategies from the ground up.
• Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills that have significantly elevated social media accounts.
• Ability to lead a team of 10+ members, prioritizing motivation, productivity, and maintaining high energy levels.
• Experience in developing incentive structures to enhance performance and retain top talent.
• Ability to foster strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Capability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to scale the business, exploring new marketing channels, sales strategies, and industry verticals.
• Technical proficiency in using tools like Notion for effective project management and documentation.
• Familiarity with Go High Level to streamline marketing automation.
• English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively and sound American.
