Responsibilities:

• Lead structured performance cycles and ongoing progress tracking.
• Define KPIs and collaborate with team leads to align on expectations.
• Guide managers in coaching and performance growth conversations.
• Review feedback and flag opportunities for development or intervention.
• Oversee and structure weekly check-ins and key team rituals.
• Ensure follow-through on decisions and deliverables.
• Monitor engagement and highlight any gaps in contribution or clarity.
• Align performance expectations across different contract types.
• Define hiring needs and oversee the recruitment strategy.
• Approve job scopes and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Focus on project-based technical hiring and trainer sourcing for programs.
• Collaborate with the junior assistant for coordination and admin support on recruitment logistics.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in senior HR or People Partner roles (remote experience preferred).
• Solid expertise in performance management, people development, and recruitment strategy.
• Experience working with freelancers, part-time, and project-based teams.
• Strong communication and leadership presence.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable working with a junior support role handling admin-level execution.
• Available for fixed hours daily (e.g., 3–4 hours/day).
• Confident using remote tools (Teams, Planner, Microsoft 365, etc.).
