Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships and assist in driving production.
- Support performance and key initiatives within dealerships.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend conferences, seminars, and training events.
- Understand and respond to changing customer technology needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years in sales.
- OR High School Diploma and 4+ years in sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and terminology.
- Dealership training experience.
- Advanced knowledge of technology in dealerships.
- Basic knowledge of F&I products.
- Knowledge of warranty claims techniques and terminology.
- Ability to multi-task.
