Senior Analyst – Business Full Time NEW

Responsibilities:

• Work with project managers to facilitate requirements.
• Develop user stories, diagrams, and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams on requirements.
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and functionality demos.
• Present functional requirements to teams and stakeholders.
• Work with QA analysts to create test plans and scenarios.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced analysts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7-10 years in digital or related field.
• 7-10 years business analysis experience in software.
• 3-7 years in product ownership or management.
• 3-7 years experience with global platforms.
• 5-7 years in digital channels (web, mobile, apps).
• 3-5 years with UX, CX, and Analytics teams.
• Strong analytical and requirement gathering skills.
• Understanding of Product Management and SDLC.
• Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories.
• Strong understanding of UX principles.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with change management plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
