Senior Registration Manager Full Time

Summary:

Enterprise Events Group Inc is seeking a Senior Registration Manager to oversee and manage the registration process for mid-size to large-scale events. The role involves leading registration operations, coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless event registration execution both pre-event and on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main client contact for all registration needs.
• Work with Account Directors to lead and support the event team.
• Manage registration staff and call center operations.
• Oversee registration for events with 500-5,000+ attendees.
• Plan, develop, and execute registration program operations.
• Manage pre-program and on-site registration processes.
• Handle program budgets and overall registration management.
• Maintain accurate event data and reporting.
• Lead customer service efforts for event registrants.
• Assign and oversee registration team responsibilities.
• Manage vendor relationships, including lead retrieval and mobile apps.
• Ensure registration collateral is prepared and approved for on-site use.
• Train on-site registration staff and oversee their work.
• Participate in site inspections and on-site event production.
• Coordinate with project teams for smooth registration processes.
• Manage room blocks and establish hotel contacts.
• Oversee database customization and data integrity.
• Conduct internal weekly registration meetings.
• Handle registration-related billing reconciliation.
• Provide training on registration processes and third-party systems.
• Travel as required (10%-30%).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of registration event/program management experience.
• Experience with database systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage large-scale event registration processes.
• Knowledge of event registration systems and mobile applications.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Understanding of hospitality operations is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
