Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative Full Time

Summary:

Foundever® is seeking Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for CPS Energy. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to assist Spanish and English-speaking customers. The position involves addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and sharing product information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Address inquiries from both Spanish and English-speaking customers.
• Troubleshoot issues and share product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues.
• Represent the CPS brand with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide clear explanations of complex topics to encourage customers to use products or services.

Requirements:

• Must legally be able to work in the United States and reside in Texas.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Must pass a background check and drug-screen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to multitask and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers.
• Strong problem-solving, empathy, adaptability, and reliability.
