Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Clinical operational activities.
- Drive completion and delivery of services.
- Manage Clinical Director and Associate Director teams.
- Work with functional heads on operational deliveries.
- Manage resourcing, training, and functional delivery.
- Lead service execution, customer satisfaction, and quality.
- Manage budgeting (P&L accountability).
- Provide financial oversight for clinical activities.
- Support regional team to deliver a high performing culture.
- Oversee Clinical monitoring activities to achieve metrics.
- Communicate with SVP and leaders on business growth.
- Represent Alira Health in executive meetings.
- Collaborate with Business Development for regional growth.
- Develop key client relationships and participate in committees.
- Work with CRA monitoring and Study start-up activities.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Create a culture of process improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of Clinical Development experience.
- 10+ years of international CRO experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial requirements.
- Experience in client oversight and management.
- Proven leadership and organizational management skills.
- Strong business practice understanding for project management.
- Strong planning, strategizing, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make sound independent decisions.
- Self-motivated and driven.
