Swedish Speaking – Customer Experience Team Leader Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Hire staff to establish a proactive team.
• Coach and develop staff for continuous improvement.
• Review quality and efficiency of staff performance.
• Work with other CX teams to coordinate schedules.
• Report and analyze team performance regularly.
• Plan and organize motivational activities.
• Ensure compliance with AML, Fraud, and gaming rules.
• Manage the team and ensure effective resource use.
• Maintain high standards and company culture.
• Support team members in meeting performance expectations.
• Develop individual improvement plans with success measures.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Customer Experience and iGaming.
• Experience in payments tasks is favorable.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive attitude, and flexible schedule.
• Leadership experience in customer experience field.
