Summary:
Black Diamond Networks is seeking a competitive and motivated student for their Sales & Recruiting Internship. The position offers exposure to account executive and recruiting tasks, with hands-on learning in business development, client relationship-building, and sales. Interns will receive mentorship and sales training, working remotely for the spring and fall sessions, and on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL for the summer session.
Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to the Account Executive / Recruiting day-to-day responsibilities.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc.
- Learn to qualify clients, make placements, and develop relationships through practical learning.
Requirements:
- Interest in sales or recruiting.
- Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication/verbal skills, especially on the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
